TWOW.PARTY Launcher 1.0.6 candidate — interface, client delivery and checks.

This isolated candidate adds an explicit HTTPS game-client download with
selected text/speech locales, shared content-addressed chunks, pause/resume,
SHA256 verification and a new-folder installation transaction. The current
package uses 16 MiB transport chunks. A compiled finalizer creates local CASC
indexes and fresh locale metadata from the authenticated manifest/map.
It does not execute remote catalog commands or automatically start the game.
Package delivery and gameplay are separate from synthetic tests. This notice
does not assert publication or acceptance of this candidate.

Only WowB.exe 1.60.1.70450 is admitted, with required SHA256:

The compatibility engine is the existing Forever Launcher 2.3.10 binary from
the supplied transfer/client package. Its unchanged bytes are embedded and
hash-checked. A deterministic in-memory adapter accepts key-table padding byte
37 as 00 or 7F, matching the publisher's Linux compatibility behavior.
Other key-table checks remain enforced. The complete adapted assembly hash is
checked before loading. FeedVersions receives the exact supported full version.

Only ForeverLauncher.Patcher is invoked. The original application entry point,
UI, executable updater, GM console and local-server controller are not invoked.

Engine release publisher:
https://github.com/advocaite/foreverlauncher-releases
The publisher describes release builds without source. This source workspace
provides the new interface/downloader/finalizer and build scripts; the upstream
engine remains a binary dependency.

The engine applies the custom server's public key to the user's own running
WowB.exe process memory. It does not patch WowB.exe on disk. It uses separate
ForeverLauncher.wtf configuration, a one-time backup, its bundled ForeverRecap
addon and a technical launcher.log inside the game folder.

The source player's personal WTF, accounts, cache, logs, screenshots, personal
addons and Battle.net account/updater databases are excluded. A fresh locale-only
Config.wtf and installation receipt are generated for the new installation.
An existing selected player's Config.wtf is preserved.

Preferences use %LOCALAPPDATA%\TWOW.Party\settings.json. On explicit Play with a
recorded primary game language, the wrapper writes the engine's
%APPDATA%\ForeverLauncher\gamelang.txt, preserving the original once as
gamelang.txt.twow-backup. Other engine settings remain. The wrapper does not
request or store account passwords. The opaque dependency means these
observations are not a complete telemetry claim for every game/component.

Microsoft Store work is paused and production startup does not call it.
Launcher ZIP updates are manual. This EXE has no provisioned public publisher
signature; the observed SmartScreen unknown-publisher warning is unresolved.
The wrapper does not require protection bypasses, certificate installation,
hosts edits, TLS weakening, elevation, a driver or a Windows service.
